"I switched to State Farm because the quote I received online was significantly lower than other companies. I'm paying $35/ mo more than the internet quote. Not thrilled, but still cheaper than my old company. The rep I spoke to was extremely pushy about adding on extras- for all I know, I'm paying for more coverage than I actually want or need, but I don't really feel there anything I can do about it. I'm supposed to install two different apps to pay and to set up the Big Brother device required for a discount. The apps won't verify my phone, so I'm just not going to do that. I'll stay with State Farm as long as they are the cheapest. That's it. They don't get my loyalty."
